Based in Lakeland, Florida, we specialize in brand identity design, website development (primarily on Squarespace), social media management, and print materials. Our mission is to help small businesses in Central Florida thrive by delivering exceptional branding and marketing services.

As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in crafting visually stunning and strategically sound brand identities, working with business owners to bring their vision to life while elevating their brand presence across digital and physical platforms.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a true unicorn—a designer who combines a creative, artistic approach with a strategic, technical mindset. You should be passionate about working with small businesses, capable of building brands from the ground up, and eager to contribute to the success of our clients.

You’re Invited to Apply If This Is You:

You have a strong portfolio showcasing full brand identity designs and unique, conceptual logos created in Adobe Illustrator.
You understand brand strategy and can translate it into visually impactful designs that align with client goals.
You’re a creative visionary who can conceptualize and execute designs that stand out in a crowded marketplace.
You have experience designing websites in Squarespace or other page builders and understand how to create scalable and cohesive online experiences.
You’re proficient in Canva and know how to create stunning social media and marketing graphics.
You thrive in a collaborative environment but are also resourceful and capable of working independently without needing constant direction.
You have excellent time management skills and can meet deadlines consistently while juggling multiple projects.
You’re trustworthy, professional, and can confidently interact with clients when needed.
You’re a strategic thinker with a technical side, balancing artistry with practical, results-driven designs.
You’re detail-oriented, ensuring all deliverables are polished, cohesive, and aligned with the client’s brand.
You live in Central Florida (or are nearby) and understand the needs of local small business owners.
You’re passionate about empowering small businesses through thoughtful, creative design.
You’re a go-getter who seeks opportunities to improve processes, contribute ideas, and go above and beyond for clients.
You stay up to date with design trends and tools, constantly honing your craft and pushing creative boundaries.
